We process contact and delivery details, order records, account information and support messages to operate the store, fulfil purchases and assist customers. Shopify and payment providers process transaction information. Device, browser, IP address and activity data may support security, store functionality and, where enabled and permitted, measurement or advertising.

Legal grounds and service providers

Where a legal basis is required, order processing relies on performing a contract, statutory records on legal obligations, and necessary security on legitimate interests subject to your rights. Optional marketing or tracking relies on consent where required. Relevant information is shared with Shopify and providers involved in payment, fulfilment and support. Additional advertising services, if enabled, are subject to applicable privacy choices.

Choices and rights

Use the unsubscribe link to stop promotional emails. Order messages are separate. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to your local privacy authority. Shopify and international processing

Shopify hosts our storefront and may process information in other countries. Its own processing and customer rights are described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and privacy portal. Applicable transfer safeguards must be used where required.

Retention and security

Records are kept according to their purpose and applicable requirements, including order administration, accounting and disputes. Do not send payment security codes, passwords or unnecessary health details through support. No security system can guarantee protection against every incident.

We update this notice when our practices change and provide additional notice where required. Lumo's registered operator and business contact details are being finalised and must be added before commercial launch.
