These terms cover use of the Lumo store and purchases offered through its Shopify checkout. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Your order

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep account access secure. Available products, quantities, charges and purchase options are presented before payment. An order may require payment approval and stock confirmation. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the available remedy, including a refund where required.

USD prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Check the final total, shipping and taxes before purchase. Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges. Payment options are those shown at checkout. A one-time purchase does not create recurring charges.

Products and content

Read each product's final label, ingredients, directions and warnings. Store information is not individual medical advice. Packaging appearance may differ between screens. Images identified as mockups or reference editions do not establish final product specifications. Reviews supplied from the original product source remain identified as such and are not verified Lumo purchases.

Offers and care sets

Promotional conditions, eligible items and quantities are shown with the offer. Confirm the applied discount in your cart. For a return of a promotional set, its included items and discount allocation are considered together, without reducing mandatory rights.

Store use

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful conduct or interference with other users. Content belongs to Lumo or its licensors; commercial reuse requires permission. Restrictions on site access do not remove rights concerning paid orders.

Rights, questions and revisions

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, lawful payment disputes or remedies that cannot be waived. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an accepted purchase. Questions and complaints can be sent through our contact form. Seller registration, business address and jurisdiction details are being finalised before launch.
